"Try to live in the moment. Don’t dwell on the past or the future too much. Focus on your breathing, this will help to bring you back to the present. Avoid holding conversations in your mind."

This is one item that I am working on. To live in the moment and not having too many conversations with my mind, especially when I am off to bed about things I can't control.

I have been saying a similar version of this to my friends for years - "The world will criticize anything and everything you do. Don't turn yourself into another critique. Love yourself, support yourself. You need to be your own cheerleader"
